What I'm into right now: March is Women's History Month, so I thought this was the perfect time to highlight some of my favorite books featuring awesome women. Whether it's Alma Whitaker, the fictional 19th century botanist of Signature of All Things or original riot grrl Carrie Brownstein of Sleater-Kinney fame, all of these women have faced adversity and blazed trails. And one of the most inspiring of all is Trevor Noah's mother, Patricia, who he introduces us to in his memoir, Born a Crime. These are just a few of my favorites, so come find me for more suggestions!
