This past Fall, we asked you to tell us about your eBook use. We wanted to know if you read eBooks, if you are aware of the library’s eBook lending service, what kinds of improvements we can make, and other related questions. Here's what you told us:

Here is what we're doing in response to your suggestions:

• Increased checkout time to three weeks
• Purchased additional copies of the bestsellers available to us
• Added several pre-loaded Nook and Kindle eReaders for checkout
• Began exploring alternate providers who offer easier-to-use websites
• Started enlisting your help in contacting publishers to encourage them to sell eBooks to libraries. See more information on the list of publishers who refuse to do so.
